Required Skills and Qualifications

・Communication skills
Amongst several communication skills, logical explanation skill is one of the keys. In the work situation, we always think “what the objectives and goals are”, “what problems we are facing”, and “when and by when the problems should be solved” and then, all of those should be explained in logical manner for better mutual understanding.

・Learning Skills
Learning by heart/memorizing is not enough. When you learn something, it would be good to do efficiently, digest well what you learnt by asking to yourself “what this application or function is and in what cases it is expected to be used”.

・Qualifications
First, I recommend obtaining IT Passport as starter, then Oracle master bronze. Through learning for the qualifications, you will have even more knowledge for working as a SAP BASIS infrastructure engineer/consultant.
