PMO’s Roles and the appeals

As the consultants and engineers in our company have crossover and multicultural backgrounds, it is necessary to find best practices and proposals in overseas methods through deep understanding of the request of clients based on Japanese culture. This coordination is one of the roles most expected of PMO’s by customers.

And nowadays, project task management is mainly managed by software, but not all companies use the same software. Therefore, it is expected, for PMO, to orchestrate mutual cooperation in working on common rules, shared task lists among all project players.

If someone is not familiar with communication in English, that person will probably struggle in many situations, however working in such crossover and multinational environment is very attractive. You can gain self-confidence through your own experience.
