Representative roles/tasks of PMO (Project Management Office)

The importance of the PMO in projects is being recognized more and more in Japan. This time, we would like to introduce the role and tasks of the PMO at Avaxia Asia Ltd.

As the PMO of the Data Engineering team, the main roles and tasks are:
1 ) Coordinating resources and costs across projects, both internally and externally.
2 ) Sharing project progress and following up (tracking) on resolution of incidents/events.
3 ) Handling project-related tasks and reporting on all those above mentioned.
