Multi-national environment: collaboration with colleagues in overseas sites

Most of my colleagues come from overseas. Some of them are in Japan and the others from overseas sites. We cooperate the tasks as one team.
The common langue is English for the communication between Japanese staff and overseas staff, which motivate us to improve our language skills.
Japanese staff is stimulated by real motivation and eager of overseas staff for improvement of their technical skills.
This friendly rivalry is one of elements of company culture. We aim to grow together through cooperation.
